Shipping and Returns
We are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, via email to answer any questions or concerns. We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours of receipt.
Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of online orders. During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be sent and for orders to be shipped.
If you’d like to return a purchase, please email us at email@example.com and instructions will be provided for return. Only merchandise purchased from rosedalestore.com may be returned to us. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and within 7 days of receipt. If merchandise was defective or damaged during shipment, you will receive a full-refund for the returned item via the original method of payment. If there are no notable defects with the product you wish to return, the original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
Once your return request has been processed, you will be provided a return form that you must fill out. The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Seal the package securely with tape. We recommend using protective packaging materials to minimize any damage to the product. Remove any other labels from the package. We recommend sending your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records in order to ensure a safe and prompt delivery. The Green Blazer is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the time we receive the package. We will refund the purchase price in full plus any tax paid, minus any discounts, rebates, credits, or refunds already given to you in connection with the order.
